How to open a new restaurant




Points that play an important role to run a successful restaurant.


1. Restaurant Location:- 

Option 1:- Your restaurant location plays the most important role in running your restaurant successfully. Restaurant location should be at a place where there is a big crowd of people so that walk in goes on in your restaurant in the full day where the rent is less or more at that place because if you open your restaurant at such a place where there is less walk in, you will be not able to provide salaries to your employees, you will not be able to pay rent and electricity bills.
 
Option 2:- Your restaurant can be in a location where there is no competitor of your work. This means if you open your restaurant near a big factory or industrial area where there is no inside canteen is available, your business running opportunities enhance to a big level.

Option 3:- You can open your restaurant at home also and can use a delivery platform like zomato, swiggy or any other delivery firm to deliver your restaurant food to customers. If you have a taste better than others then you can earn from home also. Its investment is also very less.

Option 4:- You can also open your restaurant near locations where their people are living as paying guests and you can deliver tiffin to them as breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This is also a low-cost idea.


2. Restaurant Menu:- 

Your restaurant menu should be as per the demand of the people living there so that more and more local customer gets attracted to your restaurant and your restaurant dishes should be unique and hygienic. The menu should be attractive with a variety of dishes. When you start a new restaurant, try to set the menu by adding the dishes for which the number of raw materials used should be less. so that you can prepare 50 dishes by using only 10 to 15 different raw materials only.

3. Consistency in taste:-  

Taste built the pillars of a restaurant. So you should always try to have consistency in your restaurant food. Either you can set your chefs there permanently by giving them a handsome package or you should have in written the recipe with the exact quantity of each material with specified temperature and time to make a dish so that if chef seeks job somewhere else than also the taste of the restaurant remains same.

4. Staff of restaurant:-

If you are thinking of opening a restaurant with sitting, then staff of the restaurant should be well dressed and always bear a smile on their face while interacting with customers. The dress of chefs should also be there as it adds to the brand of the restaurant.
